Mac 10.6.8 upgrade driver#
Re-installed driver and ran permissions fix, but still no go. OS X is telling me that the printer is paused, yet clicking resume does nothing. I noticed that I must first upgrade it to Lion (10.7.5) or El Capitan (10.11.6), both of which are no longer available.

After some research I found that this old iMac is capable of running Sierra (10.12.x) and made a few attempts to upgrade.
Mac 10.6.8 upgrade update#
Just installed the 10.6.8 update to Snow Leopard, and now jobs that I send to my DocuColor 242 through the Fiery EX260 Color Server PS Driver v3017.102 don't make it to the printer. It was shipped with Snow Leopard 10.6.4, and I managed to update to 10.6.8 via Apple Software Update.
